ATHLETE SUPPORT/OFFICIAL COACH REGISTRATION

ELIGIBILITY:

Athlete Support Pass – You may accompany your athlete at the ringside for his/her sparring competition with no protesting rights. (This pass will be issued to parents who wish to help their children for the sparring competition only). Must be at least 15 years old.

Official Coach Pass – You must be a WTF certified Black Belt over 18 years of age. You can file an official protest on behalf of your athlete regarding the results.

Both Athlete Support and Official Coach:
1. You must provide an ID size (2”x 2”) photo of yourself. No drawings.
2. You must complete the Official Coach Registration form and send it with all pictures and fees.
3. You must leave the competition floor after you athlete(s) has (have) completed their competition.
4. Any officials and referees of the Championships, at their discretion, hold the right to take away your coach pass and expel you from the competition floor for general misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior.
5. 34th Mass. TKD State Championship Committee and Massachusetts Taekwondo, Inc. and its executive members hold absolute rights to deny your request to coach at the 34th Mass. State Taekwondo Championships.

Registration Fee: - $40.00 SECOND PASS FREE IF YOU BRING MORE THAN 5 STUDENTS
Door Registration Fee: $50.00 (with photos)

MASTERS AND REFEREE REGISTRATION

Please complete the Masters/Referee Registration Form and get it to us by Online Registration, Mail or email by 5PM Friday, April 9th so we can prepare for you arrival. Once again, thank you for your participation and generous support of the 34th Massachusetts State Taekwondo Championships. Your loyalty and dedication is sincerely appreciated.

IMPORTANT

Competitors, Coaches, Referees and Tournament Personnel with appropriate identification passes will be the only participants allowed limited clearance on the competition floor. For the safety of the competitors and referees, everyone must abide by the limits set forth by the Tournament Committee. Anyone who cannot or refuses to abide by these safety regulations will be expelled from the competition and future Massachusetts State Taekwondo Championships and sanctioned events.

Championship Officials and Referees reserve the right to direct any person off the competition floor for general misconduct and/or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Door registration closes at 9AM! Due to the high volume of returned personal and school checks, personal checks will not be accepted and school checks must get prior approval from accounts receivable. This policy will be strictly enforced.
